The only thing I see went wrong is a courtesy call saying they will be late. I expected them to be on time and it was about an hour and half later. However the job was done right and with kindness. In my book a courtesy call goes a long way. Would I recommend 72 degrees and David Coleman most definitely. David went out of his way to explain what he did and why he did it.
